How a Park Bench Provided Help in Removing Unconscious Bias

This is a story of when I removed an unconscious bias, how a beautiful friendship started. When I broke down the “fear of a black man” that was instilled in me somewhere along the way and saw someone for exactly who they were, how two lives were changed.
